Janni joins Navigate Response from the sustainability services industry where she led corporate communications and reputation management for a global circular economy services provider. She has hands-on crisis communications experience within a variety of complex industries, including energy, logistics and utilities. Janni also brings extensive ESG knowledge from past roles, where she worked with reputationally critical projects covering corporate responsibility and social value.
With the maritime sector facing ever greater scrutiny over its environmental impact and social responsibility, Janni’s experience will offer Navigate Response’s clients greater insight into the role organisational decision making plays in protecting corporate reputation and how the nature of decisions affects attribution of responsibility during crisis situations.
