The highly interactive day will include an opportunity for each participant to practice acting as a spokesperson in an on-camera interview, addressing both personal communication and team leadership skills.

Meet the Trainers

Dustin oversees the operations of our global network of 47 offices and leads our crisis communication team which responds to 200+ incidents a year. He is responsible for innovation and digitization initiatives, including the development of our rapidly expanding digital training services. A trusted advisor and an award-winning speaker, Dustin specialises in communications, reputation management and organisational leadership, especially in times of challenge or crisis, and advises companies at the highest levels.
Debra is an experienced communicator with an extensive cross-sector background in media handling and reputation management. She has managed high-profile issues, including the UK-wide ‘foot and mouth’ disease outbreak and a number of significant maritime incidents. Previously, she worked in local resilience and front-line emergency response teams, overseeing media relations and stakeholder communications. Debra began her career as a journalist and has extensive experience across print and digital media.
